The fitting is the appointment where we give you your hearing aids, set them up with calibrations and additional testing, to ensure that they are working properly for you and your hearing loss.

The fitting customizes and sets the hearing aids up for your hearing. Then we then need to review how to use and take care of them. This is called the Fitting Orientation. We can do this in-person or using on-call video chat to show you the ropes! Real Ear Measures can only be done in -clinic, in-person with your consent to approach you within 6’ with PPE in place.

To do Phonak Marvel hearing aid reprogramming, you’ll need to use the remote support feature in your MyPhonak app. Once it is set up, let us know so we can check for a notification in our system that you’re ready for us to connect remotely into your hearing aids to make adjustments and then we can book a time to “meet” with you in the comfort of wherever you are. You just need good, strong, reliable WIFI.
